What happened at 11:30?
I guess Egan-Jones downgrading some Spanish thing or other makes the market puke, USD shoot up, thus PMs puke, and $VIX shoots up.
I have to admit I don't know what "ceviche" is, but I am taking a wild guess that the above in-joke applies. Especially as you seem to suggest the "ceviche" affected the markets.
